The routes of offer on the Sunday will take you through the natural riches of the Jura: its lakes (Lake Vouglans, Lake Chalain, Clairvaux-les-Lacs), its grands crus-producing vineyards with a stop at Château-Chalon, capital of the vin jaune, its farms including the dairy farms that give us Comté cheese, and Baume-les-Messieurs, one of the most beautiful villages in France and a perfect example of a reculée calcaire.
On this 100th anniversary, we could not skip the village of Orgelet where the Fromageries Bel were born in 1865 and where Catherine Sauvin, Léon Bel’s granddaughter still lives.
With 73, 108 and 163 km routes, the event is open to all abilities.
NB: e-bikes (in hiking mode) are only allowed on the Short course. They will not be entered into any classification.
